Privacy Policy
June 1, 2007
At Score Out we value "The Golden Rule", especially for privacy, and do our best to treat others as we would like to be treated. Please contact us if you have any questions about this Privacy Policy.
Because it is not yet commonplace, we feel it is important to remind you that Score Out uses location information to provide you with our services. This means we may have the time you were at a specific location stored on our servers. As described below, we treat that information with great respect.
This Policy applies to all of the services owned or operated by Score Out (the "Score Out Services"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Score Out Terms and Conditions.
This Policy may be revised periodically without further notice to you and this will be reflected by the date of the document. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Score Out Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites:
Score Out may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Score Out Services. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Score Out Services. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content.

If Score Out learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Score Out may post a notice on the Score Out Services if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice) you should contact us.
